Worth noting:  At garage condo complexes across the US, units in close proximity to the clubhouse are the most valuable and most desirable to own.  Re-sales of units close to the clubhouse usually skyrocket in price over time.  All incentives listed here are subject to change and all are in final stages of consideration and details being worked out.   Pre-Sales are available now with a small deposit to secure your unit and preferred location.

• Founding member priority use of the clubhouse for your outings, parties etc., ability to “bump” another reservation.

• Ability to use trailer parking while the complex is built out.
• Additional discount on any future unit additional purchase
• Discount purchase of club membership for a friend (under consideration)
