Autominium™ Garage unit features

Ability to combine and customize units for up to 45,000 square feet (plus 2nd story) 

All building and unit features:

** Compare our units and pricing to any in the Austin area or anywhere in the country.  We don't sell shells that an owner has to spend upwards of 50k-100k  almost immediately to have a functioning space!  Shop around and compare, nobody is building units like ours and at our price point, not even close and in some cases even in Austin, they are nearly twice the price!  To the other developers that are mad at us - sorry not sorry....


All buildings:

  • 23' garage door wall over 30' tall roof peak with engineered full steel 2nd story installed to expand your space.
  • Steel powder coated diamond plate, enclosed tread and riser stair case, with stainless steel cable hand rail system, 16' tall with (2) landings, connected to the front of your 2nd story to avoid robbing space upstairs with a floor cutout.
  • Full structurally engineered concrete foundations to support 2nd story, car lifts etc.
  • 2nd stories pre-built in all units, 14’ off ground to accommodate car lifts anywhere underneath the 2nd story and RV/trailer parking under as well - the only complex in the US offering this.  Others = 7 foot or 8 foot ceilings either downstairs or upstairs or both.
  • Fire protected with sprinkler systems and 1 hour fire rated walls between units.
  • Upstairs ceiling height minimum 9’+ rising at back of the unit to at least 12'6+".
  • Basic stubbed water and sewer, utility sink installed standard.  Rough in for planned baths available per your location or drawing.
  • Individual power panel, 150 amp panel per unit, 3 phase power.
  • 14’ tall, powder coated, fully thermal and 2 rows of glass overhead doors (12' or 14' wide depending on unit size) for all units.  Liftmaster garage door opener with remote and app control.  These aren't industrial crappy rollup doors with litle bitty square windows like you see at a loading dock, they are typically seen on high end homes :)
  • (2) thermal, double pane, argon gas, low E soft coated, reflective glass, matte black, double sides grille windows installed per unit standard.  4x4 and 2' x width of your garage door.
  • 3'x8' powder coated, full thermal door with (5) panes of glass, double pane, argon gas, low E soft coated glass with 6' vertical handle and a fingerprint, coded and app controlled lock system.  NOT a cheapo warehouse door :)
  • AC/heat unit, 60,00 BTU condenser with 42,000 BTU total (2 mini split units installed) with ability to expand to another 18,000 BTU later.  App controlled.
  • Insulation:  R43 Insulation roof, R30 exteror walls and R19 between units - beyond standard or required is standard here.
  • Ample 120v receptacles - 18 installed including (2) USB outlets and (2) WIFI/Alexa enabled outlets with app control.  Outlets upstairs and downstairs.
  • App controlled light switches.
  • LED overhead lighting, app controlled, CCT and wattage adjustable with motion sensor/auto timer shutoff.
  • Pre-wired for ceiling fans or big ass type fans.
  • Solid 2nd story floor, high end flooring installed - not plywood like other complexes.
  • 2nd story black, stainless steel powder coated, cable railing system for stairs and 2nd story balcony. 
  • Outdoor long (6') light between entry doors, color changeable with photo cell.
  • Wall mount warehouse outdoor light every other garage door, CCT and wattage adustable. Photo cell enabled.
  • Carbon fiber unit signage.  Founding member unit signs will indicate founding member.  All signs will also include the building name (Daytona, Sebring etc.)
  • Finished sheetrock walls and painted every unit.
  • Gigabit private internet to every unit and HD TV package - standard.
  • Ability to customize upstairs and downstairs as you desire!

  • Upgrade to commercial garage door opener - allows "mid stop" setting at any height so door doesn't have to open 14' high every time it is opened and let AC out.
  • External hose bib at your unit.
  • Custom paint color for interior of unit.  Multi colors available and designs.
  • Upgrade to glass stair railing system and 2nd floor railing system.
  • Installing 1/2 or 3/4 bath rough in at the location you desire in your unit pre-construction.
  • 1/2 bath install pre-construction.
  • Ability to add a 3rd mini split, twin 9.000BTU or single 18,000 BTU unit.
  • Baseboards installed.
  • Additional optional windows on some units, back wall or end wall (building #4, #5, #6 and end units)
  • Additional location specific electrical outlets (above or middle of cabinets as example), 30AMP RV/car charging outlet.  Hard conduit and power for car lifts.
  • Moduline cabinets installed (preferred supplier).
  • Custom cabinet work (preferred supplier).
  • Lighting option changes.
  • Industrial ceiling fans - pre-wired.
  • Car lifts installed - preferred supplier - Wildfire Lifts.

Why our units are better

  • Location, location, location!  Directly across the street from the Circuit property and less than 1 mile to the main entrance. 10 miles from the Austin airport, 14 miles from downtown Austin,  24 miles to Harris Hill Raceway, 80 miles to San Antonio.  There are many garage complexes across the U.S but only 1 across the street from iconic Circuit of the Americas.  
  • Our pricing is very aggressive compared to other complexes in the area that are even built as shells only!  Dare to compare what you get with our units as standard for the price versus any complex in the country, particular those in our area - they don't compare.  At least 2 local to us complexes being built $100 more per square foot than ours!
  • Ability to customize your unit without the builder being a middle man upcharging!  Also very little limitations on what or how you can customize!
  • Our units all feature high ceilings, generally 30'4" depending on building.
  • All buildings already have the 2nd story in place and staircase installed and they are high off the ground (14' underneath clearance) and still allow high ceilings upstairs.  Price a 2nd story or even a mezzanine sometime or a steel staircase and you will see this is an excellent built in value without waiting!   Our 2nd stories are against the back of the unit also, unlikes some other complexes that are awkward.  Don't compromise either the downstairs car lift potential or having short ceilings upstairs which is quite common elsewhere.
  • Size of our complex and units.  We have plans for as many as 200 units on the property.  That's a lot of like minded enthusiasts to say it lightly.  Other complexes across the country feature standard popular unit sizes that are 20 x 30 or even smaller.  Our units are all large and deep without the need to combine units to really get a sizable unit.  We don't have any 600 or 1,000 square foot units like many other complexes, even local ones.
  • Our CHILLOUT Clubhouse:  Most complexes put a clubhouse in to check a box that is under appreciated, under-sized, light on amenities and under-utilized.  We have designed the most extensive, feature rich and largest clubhouse of any complex we have been able to find.  No complex in the entire country has a clubhouse even half our size nor nearly as functional for our member owners!
  • Reciporical access to racing social clubs elsewhere in the country - more coming on this soon!
  • The only clubhouse that will have multiple motion driving simulators so you can race friends and neighbors with a cold beveridge all while telling lies!
  • Did we mention location?  All the events held at the circuit across the street: F1, NASCAR, MotoGP, IndyCar, club racing, pro racing, HPDE track events, concerts, soccer etc.  There are many other rumored plans for other projects near Circuit of the Americas ™ .  Our location is going to continue to be more ideal as these other projects come to fruition.  Also it was just announced a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop are going in very close to our complex!
